1. Failed Delivery

If your purchased item is not delivered within the promised delivery time and:

  • The payment was successfully completed.
  • The order was not fulfilled due to system issues or product unavailability.

You are eligible for a full refund or alternative compensation.

2. Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice or more accidentally for the same product, and can provide valid proof (e.g., transaction IDs, bank statements), we will process a full refund of the duplicate charge(s).

3. Out-of-Stock or Product Not Available

In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable after payment, and we are unable to deliver an alternative or equivalent product, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

You are not eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You provided incorrect information during the order (e.g., wrong game ID, email address, username, server, etc.)
  • The digital product was already delivered to you successfully.
  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • Your account got banned or suspended by the game developer after product delivery (we are not responsible for misuse).

  • You used the product partially and then requested a refund.

Refund Request Time Frame

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase. Requests made after that period will not be entertained, unless legally required.

If your refund request is approved:

  • For mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Binance & RedotPay): Refunds may take 1–3 business days.
  • For bank or card payments: Refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
  • For SSLCommerz or third-party gateways: Processing may depend on their internal policy.

Refund Method

All refunds will be made via the original payment method. We do not issue refunds in cash or to different accounts for security reasons.

Dispute Resolution
